Before you start
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The whole project can run over email or WhatsApp, and you review everything on a live preview link. If you'd prefer a video call, we'll book one.
What will the assistant say to my clients?
Only what you approve: prices, the process, timings, travel, aftercare basics and how to book. It never gives medical advice. Any question about a client's health is handed to your team, and the conversation suggests they send a booking request so you can follow up.
Where do booking requests go?
To your email and WhatsApp the moment they're sent, with the client's quote, dates and contact details attached. Nothing sits in a dashboard waiting for you to check it.
Can you update my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild it on your current domain, or add the quote tool, booking capture and assistant to the site you already have.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. If you don't have a domain yet, we register one in your name.
What happens if I cancel the care plan?
Give 30 days' notice. Hosting, the assistant and booking delivery stop at the end of that period, your domain stays yours, and we hand over your text and images.
